Refund Policy

At Jeidaya Travels, we work hard to carefully plan and secure accommodations, flights, and excursions in advance to provide the best travel experience for our guests. Because of this, the following refund policy applies to all bookings.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your spot on the trip and allows us to begin booking flights, accommodations, and experiences.

Payments
If a traveler cancels their trip after making payments, refunds may be considered depending on the timing of the cancellation and whether bookings have already been confirmed. Any non-recoverable costs (such as flights, villas, or excursions) are non-refundable.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your trip, you must notify Jeidaya Travels in writing as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the cancellation date and supplier policies.

No Shows
Travelers who do not show up for the trip or cancel shortly before departure will not be eligible for a refund.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in case of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

Trip Changes
Jeidaya Travels reserves the right to make adjustments to itineraries, accommodations, or activities if necessary to ensure the best travel experience.
