Trip Rules & Regulations

At Jeidaya Travels, our goal is to create fun, safe, memorable, and drama-free experiences for everyone attending our trips. By booking with us, all travelers agree to respect the following rules and guidelines.

Respect & Conduct

Respect all travelers, hosts, staff, locals, and property at all times.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Physical altercations, threats, or repeated disruptive behavior may result in removal from activities or the trip without refund.

Group Experience

This is a group trip experience. Guests are expected to maintain positive and respectful energy throughout the trip.
Excessive drama or behavior that negatively affects the group experience may result in intervention from the host.
If conflicts arise, travelers are expected to communicate maturely and respectfully.

Activities & Excursions

Participation in excursions and nightlife activities is voluntary and done at your own risk.
Travelers must follow all safety instructions provided by excursion operators and staff.
ATV riding, horseback riding, nightlife outings, and other activities may involve physical risk. Travelers participate at their own discretion.

Payments & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Failure to complete payments by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.
No refunds will be issued for missed activities, late arrivals, or unused portions of the trip.

Travel Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, travel documents, and meet destination entry requirements.
Dominican Republic entry requirements are subject to change, and travelers should verify information before departure.

Rooming & Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotels, villas, transportation, or excursion properties.
Roommate conflicts may result in room changes if available, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Alcohol & Nightlife

Please drink responsibly and remain aware of your surroundings during nightlife activities.
Illegal substances and reckless behavior are strictly prohibited.

Host Rights

The trip host reserves the right to make adjustments to itineraries, accommodations, excursions, and activities when necessary for safety, weather, operational, or group-related reasons.
The host reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or experience of others.

Agreement

By booking this trip, travelers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all rules, policies, and regulations listed above.
